Marriott Medallion Program

Lake Gaston Vacation Rentals has partnered with global hospitality magnate Marriott Corporation to be the exclusive provider of homes in the newly launched Marriott Homes and Villas program for the Lake Gaston area.  For the first time at Lake Gaston guests will be able to book our top tier properties with Marriott Bonvoy points through the Marriott platform.  Homes in the Marriott Medallion program receive the utmost in concierge services, special amenities and access to special experience packages only available to Lake Gaston Vacation Rentals guests who book through the Marriott Bonvoy program.  Each home in the Medallion program will be personally inspected by the Marriott design, safety and maintenance team in order to maximize revenue.  Additionally, homes in the Lake Gaston Vacation Rentals portfolio that qualify for Medallion status will also be able to leverage this program for maximum value should they desire to sell their home in the future through the Lake Gaston Vacation Rentals and Realty home sales program. This program is highly selective and many restrictions apply.  Stay tuned for further developments on how to qualify as Marriott and LKGVR roll out this highly anticipated program.
