We get questions all the time from brokers who want to make sure their clients are well informed about the rental scene, and we do our best to inform them.  It’s a fast moving environment with a lot of moving parts and unless you are in it everyday you will probably terrify your realtor with questions about rentals.  And if you DON’T terrify them, then that should terrify YOU. Why?
